Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and Exchanges: All sales are final but I want you to be happy with your purchase and come back so if you truly do not want your item then please contact me via email and I will work with you with your return or exchange.
Repairs: I strive to make sure you are always getting a quality product and since all my items are handmade they can be delicate.. If your item arrives damaged and needs to be repaired I will work with you to repair or replace your item given I have the same components. Items that arrive damaged should be reported 24 hours from the time they are received by sending me an email.
Please be aware the customer will be responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges or repairs.
